We Are Remodeling!!

Dear All Creatures Family Member,

As you may already know, All Creatures Animal Hospital will be undergoing a remodel to accommodate our growing needs. Completion of the newly designed area will include a larger waiting area for our canines, more examination rooms, a separate waiting area and rooms for feline patients and more. We are looking forward to being able to offer you better service soon.

The start of this remodel will be on February 27, 2017 and it has been estimated that completion of these renovations will be June 2017. The parking and entrance to our waiting area and rooms will be on the west (or back) side of the building. Our waiting area will be considerably smaller than our current one. You can either leave your pet in your car to check-in (weather permitting) or call the office when you arrive in the parking lot to check-in and the Client Relation Specialist will be able to instruct you further. Our treatment area will remain in its current location so time spent during an examination may take longer than normal. If surgery is being performed during the remodel, you and your pet will be admitted through our side door on the north side (Applebee’s side) and escorted to our dental suite for the admission appointment.
During this time, we will be limiting the amount of prescription diets, supplements, and retail items we have at the hospital. We will not be carrying large bags of diets during the remodel, however, most prescription diets, supplements and retail items can be ordered through our online pharmacy at www.PuyallupVet.com and selecting the “Shopping” tab. Our online pharmacy can deliver the product to your home and can be placed on auto-ship so you do not have to remember to order. Please call the hospital if you need further assistance with our online pharmacy.
Though we realize that our clients and patients will be inconvenienced to some degree while we are in the midst of all the construction, we want to thank you your patience and understanding as we all try hard to work around it.
